Supermoto
at BeaveRun Motorsports Complex Wilson Circuit!
The excitement of Motocross
coupled with the speed and precision of Superbike racing - that is
the sport of Supermoto. Picture a dirt bike with road racing wheels
and tires and you can visualize these machines that are flying
through the air off of a Tabletop Jump one minute then sliding
through an off camber decreasing radius pavement turn the next
minute. This isn't a sport where you master one discipline, take a
break, then tackle the next. Each skill is used every lap as
the riders transfer from pavement to dirt and then back to pavement
again.
BeaveRun offers an
impressive 8/10 mile road race circuit, often
referred to as among the very best in North America, and
a challenging dirt section appealing
to all racers. Great passing lines and wide corners give racers of
all levels a chance to test their skills on the
pavement. The dirt section has been recently
redesigned and groomed
by AMA Pro Rider Andrew Hyder and Dave Huff. The updates,
making up 25% of the full Supermoto course,
offer a wide variety of challenges
including a ski jump, bowl turns,
table tops, whoops,
rollers and step-ups in an exciting, flowing design
sure to thrill all riders from novice to experienced.
BeaveRun’s SuperMoto circuit tests racers and brings out their best.
There is something for everyone to hone their skills on this tight
challenging course.
BeaveRun
offers full course practice, pavement only practice and Supermoto
schools (coming soon) while organizations such as
NASMOTO and
ESMRA host race events.
